RepairGraph is designed around owner or user authorisation, separation of raw data from normalised information, and visible provenance.
What may be processed
In a future authorised pilot: appliance identity, available state or events, customer statement, service context and technician-recorded outcome.
What the public questionnaire does not collect
The current questionnaire seeks professional feedback. It asks for no OEM credentials, raw appliance data or access secrets.
What still requires review
Every real pilot must define roles, legal basis, retention, recipients, security, rights and applicable contracts.
